ARM: stacktrace: include exception PC value in stacktrace output

ARM: stacktrace: include exception PC value in stacktrace output

When we unwind through an exception stack, include the saved PC value
into the stack trace: this fills in an otherwise missed functions from
the trace (as indicated below):
