Merge tag 'plat-versatile-cleanup' of git://git./linux/kernel/git/linusw/linux-integrator into next/cleanup

plat-versatile cleanup:
- Removes the clock.c in plat-versatile that is no longer used
- Move ARM to use the generic clockdev.h header
