s390/mem_detect: remove artificial kdump memory types

Simplify the memory detection code a bit by removing the CHUNK_OLDMEM
and CHUNK_CRASHK memory types.
They are not needed. Everything that is needed is a mechanism to
insert holes into the detected memory.
