Bluetooth: Use BTUSB_BROKEN_ISOC flag for CSR USB sniffer devices

Instead of setting data->isoc manually, use BTUSB_BROKEN_ISOC to
indicate that isochronous endpoints are not needed for CSR USB
sniffer devices.
